"On February 19, 2007 I closed on my first home with the help of Nancy Counter. I would like for you and your group of Realtors to know how much of a delight it was to work with Nancy. To be quite honest when I first was looking at homes I had no intention of working with a Realtor. It seemed that almost everyone I talked to or book/article I read was not very keen on using a Realtor. So, I began my home search on my own. A couple of months later I happened to have met Nancy at an open house she was having. Nancy was not the first Relator I had met, however she wasn't pushy or a know it all, like some of the Realtors I had met at other open houses. She was very personable, caring, knowledgeable and funny. The next day Nancy called to follow up about the visit, I was not interested in the house she was listing; however, I was interested in working with her to find a home for me. Nancy took me to countless homes to look at for months. Finally, in December we found a home just right for me. I know now that I would not have made it through the search, paperwork, inspection and closing without the help and support of Nancy. She was always concerned about my needs and wants throughout this entire process. She provided much guidance and advice to a not so knowledgeable home buyer. This is one of the biggest changes in my life which caused me much nervousness and stress. Nancy was very understanding of my concerns and feelings and helped me through the emotions of this process.
